CANCELLATION POLICY

At The Zen Head Spa & Wellness LLC., we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and plans can change. To accommodate our valued guests, we have established the following cancellation policy: Guests may cancel their appointment without incurring any charges if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged. No-Shows: In case of a no-show, where the guest does not arrive for the appointment and does not provide prior notice, 100% of the service amount will be charged. We value your business and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. We aim to provide exceptional service to all our guests, and this policy helps us manage our appointment schedule effectively. Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable. ✨ If you are running late, give us a call. Late arrivals might have shorter sessions, but the full fee will still apply. Please be mindful. ✨ ADDITIONAL SPA POLICIES: Head Spa Experiences are finished with a towel dry or blow out based on service selected with leave-in conditioner. ✨ Services will be denied if there is an excessive amount of dirt, dandruff or product buildup such as gel, hair spray, grease, etc. These clients should pre-wash prior to appointment. ✨ Services will be denied if there is any sign of a hair/scalp disease or medical disorder such as folliculitis, ring worm, psoriasis or seborrheic dermatitis. ✨ There MAY be an additional fee for extremely long hair/locs. (Text pics if you have questions prior to appointment 956-431-1923). ✨ Services with hair extensions need guest written consent. (Ex: braids, micro-links, sew-ins, etc.) ✨ There will be no additional guests allowed unless is a child (ages 5-10). Gift Certificate: Our gift certificate is non-refundable and can only be used at the location of purchase. They don't cover gratuity. Show your certificate when you arrive or expect to be charged the full session rate. Spa Ambiance: For everyone's relaxation, please mute cellphones and keep conversations at a low volume within our spa.
